Welcome! We are a husband (Dustin) and wife (Amber) team living the dream on a small Minnesota homestead on the outskirts of the Twin Cities Metropolitan area. Bawks and Blooms sprung to life the same year we bought our property in 2024. We took the first year to learn and discover as much as we could about our land. We successfully grew 3500 sunflowers and another few thousand zinnias and cosmos as well as built a chicken coop and raised 14 chickens! We grew 7000 sunflowers in 2025 and with the addition of more chickens and are in the process of the arduous process of returning our fields to native grasses and wild flowers. Cut flowers galore are on the way for bouquets as well as collecting seeds to package and sell for next year.
